As per reports, a moderate magnitude 4.0 earthquake was recorded 07 kms southwest of Gladstone in New Jersey on Friday (05 April) at 1759 hours local time.

The epicenter was located at Hunterdon, New Jersey. The earthquake had a shallow depth of 9.4 kms and light shaking was reported in Gladstone, Peapack, Bedminster, Lebanon, Bridgewater, and Basking Ridge.
