Magnitude 4.0 earthquake recorded in Southern Alaska on Sunday (05 July)

As per reports, a 4.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded approximately 47 kilometres west-northwest of Anchor Point, Alaska, 44 kilometres West of Happy Valley, and approximately 196 kilometres southwest of Anchorage, Alaska, on Sunday (05 July).

The earthquake was recorded at 2136 hours local time on Sunday (05 July) (0536 hours UTC on 06 July) at a depth of 108 kilometres, classifying it as an intermediate-focus event, and the epicentre was located at 60.014 degrees North, 152.525 degrees West.
