As per reports, the Hydrometeorological Service Center predicted that the weather in Tashkent will be cloudy, with no precipitation expected on Thursday (31 October). Moreover, fog is possible at night and in the morning. The temperature will be 4-6 degrees Celsius at night and 16-18 degrees in the daytime.
