As per reports, essential safety barrier improvements are being carried out on the M602 motorway between junctions 2 (Eccles) and 3 (Ordsall). The work will take place overnight from Monday to Friday, from 2100 hours local time to 0500 hours local time, and occasionally on Saturdays until 0700 hours local time, starting Tuesday (21 January) to 12 February.
The work will involve the replacement of safety barriers in the central reservation and along the roadside in both directions.
