According to reports, the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPI) announced the cancellation of the planned demonstration on Monday (24 November) demanding an increase in the 2026 provincial minimum wage (UMP).

Consequently, the demonstrations will instead be held one day before and one day after the 2026 UMP announcement if the announced wage does not meet workers’ expectations.
