As per reports, JetBlue announced its intent to launch nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Simón Bolívar International Airport (CCS) in Maiquetía, Venezuela, subject to government approvals and operational clearances on Thursday (28 May).

• The new service is expected to further strengthen JetBlue’s operational presence at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), which continues to serve as a major gateway connecting the US, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
• The airline on Thursday (28 May) stated that it intends to begin operations before the end of 2026, with ticket sales expected to commence in the coming months; however, the date is yet to be announced.
