As per reports, the Janata Dal (Secular) – JD(S) silver jubilee rally has begun in Hassan district on Saturday (24 January).

Reports suggest participation of over 1.5 lakh (150,000) supporters, with some claims from local JD(S) leaders suggesting up to two lakh participants from Hassan district alone.
