As per reports, Janakpuri festival is expected to be scheduled on Bhavana Estate Road in Agra between Tuesday to Friday (06-09 October). The Janak Mahal is being prepared for the festival related celebrations.
• On Tuesday (06 October), the palanquin of Mother Sita will tour Agra.
• Between Wednesday and Friday (07-09 October), devotees will be able to see divine forms from Janak Mahal.
• Arrangements are being made for seating and darshan for approximately 2,000 people below in the Janak Mahal complex.
• Seven separate blocks are being created for administrative officials, magistrates, ministers, media, the Shri Ramlila Committee, and the Janakpuri Festival Organizing Committee. Arrangements will be made to accommodate those living near Janak Mahal in these blocks.
• The police administration in Agra has intensified preparations to ensure a peaceful and orderly conduct of the festival.
• During the inspection, officials reviewed the venue’s security arrangements, traffic management, parking, and crowd control. The Additional Commissioner of Police directed the concerned officials to ensure that all arrangements are completed on time, while prioritizing the convenience and safety of the devotees and the general public.
