ITA Airways cancels 29 percent of flights ahead of ENAV strike in Italy on Wednesday (30 September)

As per reports, industrial action involving personnel of the Italian National Air Traffic Control Service (ENAV) is scheduled across Italy on Wednesday (30 September) for four hours from 1300 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) to 1700 hours local time (1500 hours UTC).

• Italia Trasporto Aereo (ITA) Airways has cancelled approximately 29 percent of its scheduled operations for Wednesday (30 September) due to the planned ENAV strike. The airline has published a list of cancelled flights for the affected day.
• Passengers whose ITA Airways flights are cancelled or whose departure is brought forward by more than 60 minutes or delayed by five hours or more may change their booking without a penalty or request a refund, subject to the airline’s stated conditions. Requests can be made until 07 October.
