As per reports, the following demonstrations are expected in Jakarta on Tuesday (07 October).

• At 1000 WIB: In front of the DPRD DKI Jakarta Building, Jl. Kebon Sirih No.18, Central Jakarta. Approximately 100 members of the Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Asosiasi Pedagang Kaki Lima Indonesia Perjuangan (Indonesian Street Vendors Association Central Board) will stage a protest demanding better protection and fair treatment for street vendors across Jakarta.
• At 1300 WIB: At the Office of the Bekasi Regency Government, Desa Sukamahi, Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency. Approximately 100 participants from Parlement Pemuda dan Mahasiswa (Youth and Student Parliament) will demonstrate to oppose the 2024 Regional Regulation on financial rights and administration for Bekasi DPRD members, calling it excessive and not transparent.
• At 1400 WIB: In front of the United States Embassy, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta. Approximately 200 participants from Global Peace Convoy Indonesia will gather to express solidarity with Palestinians and demand the opening of humanitarian aid routes to Gaza.
• At 1400 WIB: In front of the United States Embassy, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta. Approximately 100 participants from the Serikat Pengemudi Daring (Online Drivers Union) will stage a protest demanding government support for online drivers and fair regulation of ride-hailing companies.
• At 1400 WIB: In front of the United States Embassy, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta. Approximately 200 members of the Aliansi Aksi Sejuta Buruh (AASB) (Million Workers Action Alliance) will hold a rally supporting global humanitarian efforts and urging international action for peace in Gaza.
