Following are the updates pertaining to air quality and pollution conditions across the major cities as of Wednesday (03 January):

• Delhi: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Delhi recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 340 (Very Poor).
• Gurugram: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Gurugram recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 201 (Poor).
• Noida: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Noida recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 301 (Very Poor), while Greater Noida’s figure stood at 301 (Very Poor).
• Hyderabad: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January) Hyderabad recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 109 (Moderate).
• Chennai: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Chennai recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 101 (Moderate).
• Mumbai: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Mumbai recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 133 (Moderate).
• Bengaluru: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Bengaluru recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 93 (Satisfactory).
• Kolkata: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January) Kolkata recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 204 (Poor).
• Pune: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Pune recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 141 (Moderate).
• Ahmedabad: As per the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) latest bulletin issued at 1600 hours on Tuesday (02 January), Ahmedabad recorded a 24-hour average AQI of 144 (Moderate).
