As per reports, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) forecasts a mix of partly cloudy skies, significant snowfall, and strong winds affecting multiple regions of Spain on Sunday (08 December).
• Aragon, Catalonia, and Navarre are on red alert for heavy snowfall, with other regions under varying levels of alerts for snowfall, wind, rainfall, and waves.
• Heavy snowfall is expected in the Pyrenees and Cantabrian mountain ranges, with accumulations exceeding 30 to 40 centimeter.
• Wind gusts exceeding 100 kilometer per hour are expected to affect in interior Castellón, southern Tarragona, the Pyrenees, and high mountain regions.
