• In the northwest region, including Artigas, Salto, Paysandú, and Río Negro, partly cloudy to overcast conditions are expected with low wind chill and gusts up to 50 kilometres per hour; temperatures are expected between zero degrees Celsius and 11 degrees Celsius.
• In the northeast region, including Rivera, Tacuarembó, and Cerro Largo, partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light rainfall and gusts up to 50 kilometres per hour are expected; temperatures are expected between zero degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius.
