The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for heavy rainfall on Friday (18 October) for the following districts of Gujarat: Porbandar, Rajkot, Junagarh, Amreli, Gir Somnath, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Vadodara, Panchmahal, Dahod, Chhota Udepur, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Dangs, and Valsad.
