As per reports, Hoy No Circula program is scheduled to be implemented in Mexico City (CDMX) and State of Mexico (Edomex) on Thursday (08 May).
• Vehicles exempt from the Hoy No Circula (No Circulation Day) program on are those with a 00, 0, electric, and hybrid vehicles, as well as passenger vehicles.
