As per reports, hoax bomb threat emails were received by the Court Complex and District Council offices in Bathinda on Thursday (03 September).
• At approximately 1300 hours (local time) on Thursday (03 September), an email containing a bomb threat was received by the Zila Parishad office and the Court Complex in Bathinda.
• Following receipt of the threat, security was increased at the Court Complex, District Council and Municipal Corporation offices.
• The searches did not identify any explosive material or suspicious objects, and the threat email was subsequently assessed as fake.
