The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) has issued a weather forecast for Hong Kong on Thursday (12 February).

• Conditions are expected to be mainly cloudy, with one or two light rainfall patches possible during the early part of the day. Weather conditions are expected to improve during the day, with sunny periods forecast in the afternoon and a maximum temperature of approximately 21 degrees Celsius.
• Moderate to fresh easterly winds are forecast. Authorities indicated that prevailing weather conditions will remain broadly stable.
