As per reports, members of Hindutva outfits and temple priests staged a protest on Saturday (01 March) night in Indore against pubs operating late. The protest took place at Vijay Nagar Square, resulting in heightened security deployment.

Barricades were established, and several security personnel from three police stations were deployed. Protestors also staged demonstrations at club venues and recited the Hanuman Chalisa. The protests concluded at around 2300 hours.
