As per reports, heavy rainfall and flooding have been reported in Queensland and New South Wales (NSW) especially in Brisbane and Sydney on Sunday (01 December). Approximately 51 millimeters of rainfall was recorded in Brisbane City within half an hour. In an hour, Rosalie saw 70mm and 77mm of rainfall in Holland Park West. Due to heavy rainfall, several areas in Brisbane have been significantly affected by flash flooding. The heaviest rainfall was reported on the Gold Coast.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a flood warning for the Logan and Albert Rivers, along with several moderate and minor warnings across southern and southeast Queensland.
