As per reports, Météo France has issued an orange alert for heatwave conditions across 73 departments in France from Tuesday (01 July) to Thursday (03 July).

• Forecasts indicate temperatures of approximately 40 degrees Celsius in parts of France, including in Île-de-France, on Tuesday (01 July).
• The heatwave is anticipated to intensify in the northern and central parts of France.
• A drop in temperatures is forecast in the western part of France on Thursday (03 July).
