As per reports, on Saturday (05 April), hundreds of Hands Off protests are scheduled to take place nationwide, including several across Massachusetts, such as one at Boston Common’s Parkman Bandstand at 1100 hours (local time), to express opposition to President Donald Trump and his advisor Elon Musk.
• The protest aims to oppose policies associated with US President Donald Trump and his allies, focusing on democracy, healthcare, social security, data privacy, public education, bodily autonomy, financial security, and public lands.
• The Boston protest will include a march to City Hall Plaza followed by a rally featuring speeches, starting at 1230 hours local time, from several speakers, including Senator Ed Markey, and will also feature a special acoustic performance by the Dropkick Murphys, with the event expected to conclude around 1400 hours (local time).
