The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Central, South Central and Southeast regions of Kansas state, effect till 0800 CST on Sunday (02 November).

Affected areas are Marion, Chase, Harvey, Butler, Greenwood, Woodson, Allen, Sedgwick, Harper, Sumner, Cowley, Elk, Wilson, Neosho, Chautauqua, Montgomery and Labette.

• The warning is also applicable to cities of Park City, Valley Center, Parsons, Cottonwood Falls, Derby, Independence, Hillsboro, Haysville,Longton, Marion, Eureka, Moline, Strong City, Coffeyville, Humboldt, Fredonia, Augusta, Wellington, Winfield, Neodesha, Rose Hill, Sedan, Andover, El Dorado, Attica, Iola, Newton, Chanute, Peabody, Harper, Yates Center, Howard, Cedar Vale, Arkansas City, Bel Aire, Anthony, Madison, Wichita, and Grenola.
