As per reports, heavy rain and dense fog have led to the cancellation of six flights and delays for 14 others in northern Pakistan, disrupting flight operations on Thursday (20 February). Here are the latest details:

• Four flights from Islamabad to Gilgit (PK 601, 602, 605, and 606) and two flights from Islamabad to Skardu (PK 451 and 452) have been canceled due to inclement weather on Thursday (20 February).
• Visibility issues are affecting airports in Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and Islamabad on Thursday (20 February).
• Additionally, Lahore Airport is also experiencing thunderstorms with lightning, while partial rain is reported in Peshawar on Thursday (20 February).
• Further according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecast for Thursday (20 February), intermittent rain, thunderstorms, and snowfall over the next twelve hours across upper Punjab, Islamabad, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
• Heavy rainfall and snowfall, with a chance of hailstorms is likely in the Pothohar region and northeast Punjab on Thursday (20 February).
