As per reports, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flash flood warning for east central Ohio and northern West Virginia until 0145 hours (EDT) on Wednesday (03 April).

• At 2136 hours (EDT) Tuesday (02 April), the National Weather Service (NWS) recorded thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall of between one and three inches across the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of one to 1.5 inches are expected in the warned area.
• In east central Ohio, the warning covers Belmont County, Carroll County, Southeastern Columbiana County, Guernsey County, Harrison County, Jefferson County, Monroe County, Muskingum County, Noble County, and Tuscarawas County.
• In northern West Virginia, the warning covers Brooke County, Hancock County, Marshall County, Ohio County, and Wetzel County.
• The warning effects locations such as Wheeling, Zanesville, Weirton, Steubenville, New Philadelphia, Dover, East Liverpool, and Cambridge among other areas.
