As per reports, a fire broke out in the 13th floor of a residential apartment building in Minamimachi, Kawasaki Ward , Kawasaki City, at around 2030 hours on Wednesday (27 November).
The fire fighting team on the spot were not able to contact two residents, further details on their situation is awaited.
