As per reports, on Wednesday (15 July), extreme heat conditions, thunderstorms, and increased dust concentration are expected across Semnan, Tehran, Qazvin, Zanjan, East Azerbaijan, Hormozgan, Sistan, Baluchestan, Khuzestan, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces due to ongoing weather patterns affecting the country.
• Reports indicate that Semnan province may experience unusually high temperatures, while Tehran, Qazvin, Zanjan, and East Azerbaijan provinces may witness potential temperature records in some provincial centres.
• Reports suggest that parts of Hormozgan and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, including Saravan, Qasr-e-Qand, Fanuj, Kotij, Rameshk, and Bashagard, may experience afternoon thunderstorms and rainfall due to unstable weather conditions.
• Increased dust concentration may affect parts of Khuzestan province, including Bostan, Khorramshahr, Karun, and Hoveyzeh, as well as areas of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, including Farrokhshahr, Ben, Ardal, Saman, and Kuhrang.
