As per reports, an explosion occurred on Wednesday (31 January) at a thermal power plant in Aichi Prefecture in central Japan. The firefighters received an emergency call at around 1510 hours (local time) reporting an explosion in Taketoyo run by Jera Co. and black smoke rising from the plant.
