According to reports, the Excise Department team has recovered 42 liters of foreign liquor during vehicle checks and raids at various locations in Gaya. Two businessmen have been arrested on the spot. One of the arrested individuals is a resident of Mahdipur in the Dhanrua police station area of Patna district. The team has also seized a car and a bike used for transporting the liquor.

• Assistant Excise Commissioner stated that the two individuals were apprehended with 42 liters of foreign liquor during joint vehicle checks and raids conducted by the Dobhi Check Post and Dheeraja Pul Check Post. During a vehicle check near the Dheeraja bridge, 96 bottles of foreign liquor, each 375 ml, were recovered from the trunk of a car coming from Jharkhand.
• Additionally, a young man was stopped on Gopalpur Road while traveling on a bike with a sack tied to it. Upon searching the sack, 12 cans of 500 ml beer were found.
