As per reports, the Federation of Italian Metalworkers, Federation of Metallurgical Employees and Workers and Italian Union of Metalworkers announced an eight hour strike across Electrolux facilities in Italy on Friday (04 September) following two days of negotiations at the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy in Rome.
• The exact strike date and shift timings have not yet been specified and are scheduled to be communicated separately.
• The unions also confirmed the continuation of a permanent state of agitation. The action is expected to involve the Electrolux sites at Susegana in Treviso, Porcia in Pordenone, Forlì, Solaro in Milan and Cerreto d’Esi in Ancona, as well as administrative operations.
