As per reports, Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 8125, representing approximately 4,400 WestJet flight attendants, is scheduled to hold a Day of Action in Calgary, Alberta, on Tuesday (14 July).

• The demonstration is scheduled to commence at 1130 hours local time (1730 hours UTC) near the WestJet Campus, 22 Aerial Place Northeast, Calgary. Union representatives, including CUPE 8125 President Alia Hussain, are expected to address the media during the event.
• The demonstration coincides with an ongoing membership vote on potential strike action. According to the union, a strike could commence as early as 02 August if members vote in favour and no agreement is reached.
• Media representatives have been advised to park near the intersection of 78 Avenue Northeast and 22 Street Northeast.
