Delhi Airport has issued a passenger advisory at 1044 hours (local time) on Sunday (05 July), following a weather forecast by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) indicating adverse weather conditions in Delhi between 1030 and 1230 hours (local time). Additionally, the airport authorities confirmed that flight operations remain normal and ground teams are coordinating to minimize operational disruptions and ensure the smooth movement of passengers.
As per the IMD, generally cloudy sky, very light rainfall with moderate rainfall at isolated places, accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, gust wind speeds of 30-40 km/h reaching 50 km/h towards afternoon hours, and very light to light rainfall towards evening hours is expected on Sunday (05 July).
