As per reports, Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader Rigathi Gachagua is scheduled to begin a two-week grassroots engagement tour from Friday (07 August) to 21 August across Kiambu, Kajiado, Narok, and Nakuru counties.

• Tthe tour, part of the party’s “Skiza WaKenya” campaign ahead of the 2027 elections, ia expected to commence in Kiambu Town on Friday (07 August), with engagements also planned in the Kirigiti area.
• The preliminary itinerary includes visits to Matapato Ward (Kajiado) on Saturday (08 August), Kiambaa Constituency (Kiambu) on Sunday (09 August), Narok East Constituency (Narok) on Monday (10 August), and the Kipeto area (Kajiado) on Wednesday (12 August).
• The tour is expected to continue with a two-day visit to Nakuru County on 14 and 15 August, covering Naivasha, Nakuru Town West, Nakuru Town East, Njoro, Elburgon, Turi, Molo, Kibunja, and Rongai, before concluding in Thika (Kiambu) on Sunday (16 August). An additional thanksgiving rally is scheduled for Emurua Dikirr Town (Narok) on 21 August.
