As per reports on Friday (20 September), customer data, including medical reports from India’s largest health insurer, Star Health, has been found publicly accessible via chatbots on Telegram. This contained sensitive information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, tax details, ID card copies, test results, and medical diagnoses.
