As per reports, seven people were injured in a domestic cylinder blast in Yelahanka New Town, Lal Bahadur Shastri Layout, Bengaluru, at 0730 hours on Tuesday (16 January). The incident occurred in a two-story independent house, and initial findings suggest a cylinder pipe leakage caused the blast. One person with minor injuries has been discharged, while two individuals are in critical condition.

As a result of the explosion, five neighboring houses were also damaged. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Yelahanka police station.
