The Central Weather Administration (CWA) has issued a yellow strong wind advisory in effect from Friday (03 April) through night hours on Saturday (04 April).

The affected areas are in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Taitung County, Hualien County, Penghu County, with daily strong wind level expected to reach 06 level or gust wind at 08 level.
