CWA issues yellow heat advisory for parts of Taiwan on Sunday (26 July)

The Central Weather Administration (CWA) has issued a yellow heat advisory at 0732 hours (local time) on Sunday (26 July), valid from Sunday morning until 1700 hours (local time) on Sunday (26 July), due to elevated daytime temperatures.

Under the yellow heat advisory, daily maximum temperatures are expected to reach 36 degrees Celsius in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Taoyuan City.
