CISA warns of active exploitation of three Linux kernel vulnerabilities

As per reports, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has warned that three vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel are being actively exploited, with severity ratings ranging from medium to critical.

• The vulnerabilities are CVE-2025-39964, CVE-2026-53266 and CVE-2025-39682. CISA has confirmed that all three vulnerabilities have been exploited in attacks but has not disclosed details regarding the incidents or the threat actors involved.
• CISA has assigned the vulnerabilities its highest remediation priority for federal agencies and requires affected assets to undergo forensic triage to identify potential signs of previous exploitation.
