As per reports, Cebu Pacific announced that it scheduled resuming passenger flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB), UAE, and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL), Philippines, effective 02 July.

• According to the airline authorities, the service plans to operate four weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, restoring a key low-cost air link between the Gulf region and the Philippines.
• The route had been suspended in March 2026 due to escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, regional airspace restrictions, temporary operational disruptions affecting Dubai International Airport (DXB), and elevated jet fuel costs.
• However, the service resumption is scheduled to follow the completion of safety assessments and operational coordination with relevant aviation authorities and airport stakeholders.
