As per reports, residents of Embokodweni area in KwaMakhutha, Durban (KwaZulu-Natal) held blockade over water shortage on Monday (25 March).

The blockade turned to be violent as the protestors used rocks, broken glass and burning tyres on the streets. The authorities demanded 24 hours to respond to the problem.
