As per reports, at least 19 people were killed in a highway collision between a truck and a bus in the northwestern region of Sinaloa state during the morning hours on Tuesday (19 January).

The collision took place along a coastal highway that connects the beachfront cities of Mazatlan and Los Mochis. Circulation on the highway was closed due to the accident.
