As per reports, Dr Mahmudur Rahman, editor of the Amar Desh newspaper, has threatened to initiate a protest if the Chhatra League is not banned by Sunday (13 October). He stated that if Chhatra League is not forbidden by then, starting Monday (14 October), he will begin a movement in the streets of Dhaka until it is banned.
