As per reports, the Greek Air Traffic Controllers Association (GATCA) will participate in a 24-hour nationwide strike on Thursday (28 August).

• The industrial action is in protest against a proposed draft law concerning trade union actions.
• A four-hour work stoppage by air traffic controllers is scheduled from 0930 hours to 1330 hours (local time) on the strike day.
• During this period, only essential flights, such as international flights crossing Greek airspace, state aircraft, military missions, and emergency/humanitarian flights, will be permitted to operate.
