• Temperatures may reach approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit, with Tuesday (26 March) projected to be the warmest day of the year so far, potentially reaching 77 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
• Weather conditions are expected to shift on Wednesday (26 March), coinciding with the last day of the warm spell. Forecasts indicate the likelihood of thunderstorms and heavy rainfall in the afternoon as a cold front moves in.
• Following Wednesday’s (26 March) thunderstorms, temperatures are expected to drop significantly, returning to the seasonal norm of rainfall and highs around 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
