According to reports, additional police have been deployed at the Banani office of Jatiya Party. Several top and grassroots leaders of the Jatiya Party have held a protest on Wednesday (10 January) expressing their dissatisfaction with JaPa’s performance in the 12th national parliamentary election, demanding the resignation of Chairman GM Quader and Secretary General Mujibul Haque Chunnu.

Protests and written statements were read out in front of the Jatiya Party chairman’s office in Banani on Wednesday (10 January).
