As per reports, teachers affiliated with the Colombian Federation of Educators (FECODE) have announced additional locations for the strikes scheduled for Thursday (08 February).

• Demonstrations have been scheduled in Medellín at Park of Lights at 1000 hours (local time) organised by the Association of Instituters of Antioquia (ADIDA) and a march from the University of Antioquia at 1400 hours (local time) to the Prosecutor’s Office.
• Demonstrations are also scheduled at the Prosecutor’s Office in Barranquilla at 1500 hours (local time), at the Prosecutor’s Office and the San Francisco Square in Cali at 0830 hours (local time), and in front of the Prosecutor’s Office in Villavicencio at 0900 hours (local time).
• Additionally, gatherings are scheduled in Santa Librada Square in Ibagué at 0900 hours (local time), in front of the Railway Station at Cauca’s Valley at 0900 hours (local time), and at Pereira Mayor’s Office in Risaralda at 0800 hours (local time).
