The United States Geological Survey (USGS) has reported that an earthquake of 6.3 magnitude occurred approximately 22 kilometers West-Southwest of Khulm, Balkh, in the early morning of Monday (03 November) at around 0059 hours (local time). The quake was reported at a depth of 28 kilometers.
