As per United States Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 5.9 earthquake was recorded 253 km east-northeast (ENE) of Lospalos, Timor-Leste, on Friday (11 September) at 2056 hours (local time).
The earthquake was recorded at a depth of 111.8 km. The epicentre was located at 7.286 degrees South, 128.938 degrees East.
