The Indonesia Meteorological Department (BMKG) informed that an earthquake of magnitude 4.8 has been reported in the sea 75 km southwest of Air Bangis-West Pasaman on Friday (19 January) at 0505 hours (local time). The earthquake was at a depth of 42 km.
