The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) reported a 4.5 magnitude earthquake approximately 85 kilometers southwest of the west coast of Pesisir Barat, Lampung Province at 0516 hours (local time) on Thursday (30 July).

The earthquake occurred at a depth of 15 kilometers.
