The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) reported a 4.4 magnitude earthquake approximately 75 kilometers west of Jailolo, Maluku, at 1208 hours (local time) on Saturday (12 September).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 77 kilometers.
